Abstract
This study investigates the impact of Waldorf pedagogy on the learning outcomes of inclusive students in Nuevo Chimbote, 2024. Through semi-structured interviews with 9 specialists, it was found that Waldorf education positively transforms the educational environment by valuing diversity and individual talents. Teachers highlighted its ability to boost self-esteem, foster collaboration, and tailor the curriculum to meet each student’s unique needs. This holistic approach also emphasizes emotional and social development, promoting comprehensive and meaningful learning experiences.
Furthermore, teacher perceptions underscore the effectiveness of Waldorf pedagogy in integrating artistic, sensory, and ritualistic activities that enrich the educational experience. While emphasizing the benefits of personalized attention and creative development, the study also identifies challenges related to accessibility and ongoing teacher training. In conclusion, this research underscores Waldorf pedagogy’s importance as an inclusive and effective model that enhances not only academic performance but also fosters holistic and positive student development within the educational context of Nuevo Chimbote.
