If you want to educate others, you yourself need to be educated. If you want to have any kind of influence on young people, you yourself need to stay young and continuously work on yourself.

Description:

Learn to Change the World

In September 2019 we are planning our fourth fully accredited International Masters Programme for Waldorf Class and Subject teachers. At the same time, we will celebrate 100 years of Waldorf pedagogy together with the Waldorfschule Uhlandshöhe with whom we share the premises!

Our International Postgraduate Course for class and subject teachers draws people from all over the world. Students from more than twenty different countries represent the global interest in Waldorf education and the growing need for appropriately trained Waldorf teachers throughout the world. It is wonderful and enriching to observe and participate in international relations developing in a Waldorf context here on our campus in Stuttgart.

In a full-time course of studies, core elements of Anthroposophy, pedagogical anthropology, child and adolescent psychology and subject methodology are combined with an intensive artistic training in music, speech, Eurythmy, painting, drawing and sculpting. In conjunction with practical experience gained in a placement and long-term internships, this training thus offers extensive possibilities for a teacher‘s personal and professional development. The course is a graduate course and is concluded with a Master‘s Thesis written and presented in English.

If prerequisites are met, the course can be completed in three semesters.
